From their website: Who is required to file an Oklahoma individual income tax return? Every nonresident with gross income from Oklahoma sources of $1,000 or more is required to file an Oklahoma income tax return. File Form 511NR. So, did you make $1000 or more for the year?
Answer 2 :
you will probably have to file a non resident return for OKLA Texas has no state income tax
Answer 3 :
You would only file one Federal return, no state return in Texas, and a non-resident return in Oklahoma if you meet the filing threshold. (Also a non-resident return in any other state you worked, providing you met the threshold.)
Answer 4 :
If you had OK withholding, you will need to file to get it refunded provided you owe no tax.
